Leslie has recently discovered healthy living & physical fitness are hobbies she thoroughly enjoys. In 2010 Leslie, a mother of three and grandmother of two, found herself overweight with no energy. She decided to take action and get into shape. Since then she has been a student of TWC enjoying all the classes offered from cycling, yoga, boot camp, TRX and kickboxing. Through TWC Leslie found her hobby, lost weight and loves being active with her husband.
Leslie says “it was a natural progression” to move from a cycling student to a cycling instructor. She loves the flexibility of workouts that cycling gives you and the camaraderie that naturally occurs within each class. “Cycling is a no-impact amazing cardio workout, a great fitness option for almost everyone”! Leslie is excited to help others get the RESULTS that they are looking for in a fun and enjoyable workout!
