“Total Wellness Coaching is a critical aspect of our St. Francis Boys High School hockey program. Throughout our first summer, I witnessed drastic individual and program improvement.
The trainers are knowledgeable, available, dedicated, but most of all trustworthy. They care about the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of every player in my program.
I encourage each individual, team, program, and High School to look into the benefits of working with Total Wellness Coaching. You won’t regret it!”

“In 2010, I was at about the lowest point of my life, both emotionally and physically. In a six year period I lost my dad, sister, and most recently, my mom. During this time, I also went through two knee replacements. After the second surgery, my body reacted negatively to the anesthesia and pain meds and started to shut down. I was back in the hospital and not sure if I would make it. I desperately needed to do something to turn my life around.
A co-worker told me about the TWC Boot Camp. At first, I wasn’t physically able to complete many of the exercises, but my coach adjusted them for me and made me feel good about what I was able to do. My trainer has had confidence in me since that very first day, and the support and camaraderie with my fellow camp members has been unbelievable.
Fast forward to the present, where I am participating in my 28th boot camp in 2015 70 pounds lighter and feeling healthier than ever! My first mile run was 17:14, and now I’ve reached a 9:03 mile.
There is no doubt I would have been able to do any of this without the support of TWC. I would encourage everyone to try TWC and the wide variety of classes they offer. The staff is exceptional! I am so grateful for what they have done for me.”
— With great gratitude, Shelley Benting
Sue has shed 27 lbs, lost 13% body fat (now a healthy 23%) and went from a size 14 to a size 6 since she joined TWC. She has transformed into a very athletic woman who is now doing triathlons! She is an inspiration to us all!
“I was attending many classes at TWC and enjoying them all. But I was not seeing the results I was looking for until I started Small Group Training with one of the TWC Personal Trainers. What I love about being in a small group is the challenge, the encouragement, the support, the motivation, and the caring for one another. My TWC Trainer is amazing. Her energy and positive attitude is contagious. She believed in me when I did not! Thank you for supporting me in my journey to remain fit and healthy. I love TWC and the fitness community that it is!”

“TWC has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. The trainers that I have contact with have been incredible. They somehow get you to push yourself beyond your own limits and achieve results above what is expected. They give each of their clients personal attention even in a group setting like Boot Camp and TRX, which is awesome.
I went to TWC as a 45 year old man who wanted to get back into shape, I had a few ideas, but no real plan. I have been blown away by the results and I feel like a new person. I started in mid July and as of today I’m down 38 pounds and around 12″ of body mass. I am now lighter then when I graduated high school.
My goal for this year is to run Grandma’s full marathon in June.
Join TWC to make your dreams a Reality!”

“In Fall of 2013, I was diagnosed with borderline diabetes and was at my heaviest non-pregnancy weight. I knew I needed change. I started attending on-site fitness classes at my workplace in the Spring 2014 through the TWC Corporate Wellness Program. After the on-site sessions, I decided to join TWC and participate in the unlimited Fitness & Yoga Classes. I really appreciate the support from other members and the TWC trainers. I enjoy the variety of fitness classes offered. Working in a small group with a Personal Trainer, further helped me to change, especially in my nutrition habits. I have lost a total of over 20 pounds and 10 inches! I am also very happy to report that I am no longer pre-diabetic. I am the healthiest and happiest I’ve been in years. Thank you to all the wonderful Total Wellness Coaching Trainers, who have helped me to see real RESULTS!”

“I started TWC in June of 2013. My daughter was a few months away from turning 10, and I was a few months away from turning a much larger number. I knew I had to start making some changes in my life if I want to be around to see her turn that number. In the past year, I have lost over 30 pounds and 22.75 inches. My cholesterol has dropped considerably, and my triglycerides are back to a normal range. But more importantly to me, I feel better than I have since my daughter was born. I am stronger, I have more energy, and I don’t hurt everywhere anymore. I do things now that I would never have imagined doing before; like running my first 5K mud run. I’ve never been an especially active person, but that has really changed in the last year, and so has the way that I see myself.
I am so grateful to TWC for helping me reach my goals and for encouraging and motivating me along the way. I know that the team at TWC has been a huge factor in my success (in spite of the burpees)!”

“When I walked into my first class at TWC the thing I notice the most was “These women are just like me”. The women are off all different shapes, sizes and ages. The women are real. My favorite quote is “Comparison is the thief of Joy”. At TWC there is time to for that. The trainers keep you engaged and moving so all you have time to do is focus on yourself which is the most important thing anyway.
My road to getting healthy began on June 21 2011 when I put myself into treatment for my alcoholism. Two year later I quit smoking. Then it was time to focus on my weight. What I have discovered through my journey is its “one step at a time” and connections are key. In the past I would try to do everything all at once and by myself and end up failing. Nothing of value comes quick. You cannot walk the road alone.
Since I joined TWC in November of 2014 I have lost over 25 pounds. My body has been transformed into a shape I didn’t know I had. I am in better condition now than I was in youth. I am 48 years old and my goal is to be fit when I turn 50 not fat. I know I am going to make my goal.
I would like to give thanks to God for guiding me, my husband Brad for loving me, my family for supporting me and the wonderful staff and friends at TWC for encouraging me every step of the way.

“In March 2010, I suffered a series of strokes and was told by a cardiologist that I would never run again. This was devastating news because I had been a runner for over 25 years and loved running. In July 2010 after getting clearance from my doctor, I contacted Total Wellness Coaching and have been working with a Trainer ever since. It has been a long road, but my TWC Coach has been with me the entire time, encouraging me and motivating me to keep trying even when my progress seemed so slow. My goals have increased from walking to the end of the driveway, to walking a mile, to completing a 10 K and my dream was to finish a half marathon. I am delighted that I completed my first Princess Half Marathon at Disney in February 2012. I have been running ever since and have participated in several half marathons, as well as other races. I credit my TWC Coach with being a source of inspiration, knowledge and encouragement as I rebuilt my life as an athlete. Thank you!”

“The thought of joining “Boot Camp” was not only intriguing and exciting, but it was also scary! I had been on a fitness journey for a number of years, losing and gaining weight, trying to run, and generally moving towards a place of greater fitness, but something was always missing. Total Wellness’ Boot Camp filled in that missing piece and their well organized/combination program of strength, cardio, endurance and nutrition has changed my journey in ways I could have never foreseen.
Prior to Boot Camp, I wasn’t able to rid the pounds or get to the fitness level at which I wanted to be so I approached Boot Camp with very specific goals of losing weight, toning and building muscle and training for a half marathon. After running for years, I was still struggling to run a mile in 10 minutes and wanted to reduce this time by 2-3 minutes.
My first Boot Camp session was February 2010 and subsequently, I have participated in four consecutive sessions. The approach is quite simple. At the beginning of each session I was asked to write down and share with my instructor four goals and how I planned on achieving them and then I got down to work! It sounds simple, but simply being accountable to someone made the difference for me. My instructor’s encouragement, and even her pushing, drove me to meet and even exceed my goals.
Importantly, I also found encouragement and support from my other classmates. I can’t imagine having done this without the wonderful people with whom I shared the boot camp experience! We all had individual goals but together we strived three days a week for five weeks to achieve these goals. This group of people saw me looking my worst, literally in sweat and tears and they constantly encouraged me to push harder, run faster or simply “hang in there”. They were the first to say “good job” when I made progress and the first to give me a pat on the back when I was struggling. Together we cheered each others successes and achieved our individual fitness goals.
Being consistent and doing the Boot Camp sessions consecutively has ultimately helped me create new lifestyle behaviors and habits. Working out has become a part of my daily routine along with watching my food intake. This is ONE habit I’m glad I have adopted into my life and I am excited to say that at the end of the fourth session in July 2010, I have seen these amazing results:
- I have lost 27 pounds and 20 total inches.
- I have gone from a size 14 to a size 4.
- I have increased my overall strength and endurance as well.
- Prior to Boot Camp, I struggled to run a 10-minute mile, but now I’m running a 6:59 mile!
I highly recommend Boot Camp to everyone, no matter your age or fitness level. It can change your life; it sure changed mine!”
“With my senior track season only weeks away, a speedy recovery to my broken ankle was a high priority. Julie did a fantastic job assessing my injury and developing a solid plan that helped me strengthen not only my ankle, but my whole body. Within a short time I was competing and even placing in my 110m high hurdle events. I would highly recommend Julie to everyone!”
“After thoroughly assessing Blaine’s ankle injury, Julie developed a solid program to rehabilitate and strengthen his ankle. In just a few weeks, he was back to competing in hurdle events – even placing! Julie’s comprehensive advice made an impact on Blaine that has changed his training, nutrition, and sleep habits.”
— Lisa, mother of Blaine
“A little over a year ago a friend of mine recommended that I go see Julie with Total Wellness Coaching. At first I was hesitant. Working with a Personal Trainer was not for me. But my friend was insistent and so I went, unwillingly. Now, one year later, I can’t thank my friend enough for encouraging me to go.
As soon as I met Julie, I knew that this was what I needed to make my weight loss a lifelong success. She keeps me motivated and encourages me. She has helped me with mental and emotional road blocks that have been saboteurs in the past to my eating and maintaining a workout routine. This experience with Julie has made a world of difference for me – that is why I am still working with Julie one year later. Thanks, Julie – You are the Best!”
“I met with Julie and discussed my goals. After the first few workouts, I realized that my exercise program and eating habits needed to change if I wanted the results I was looking for.
I have been very pleased with the training and with the results. Julie focuses on what your goals are and pushes you to achieve them. I have toned areas of my body that were laying dormant. Julie has taught me better eating habits.
After reaching many of my goals, Julie suggested I train for a triathlon – something to challenge me even further on my fitness journey. At “my age” this had never crossed my mind. Julie faithfully trained me and encouraged me that I could do this, however, my goal was simply to finish. I finished third in my age category!!
I would highly recommend Julie as a Personal Trainer. I have more energy, feel better about myself, and I receive compliments on how toned and fit I look. My grown children comment on how dedicated I have become with working towards new goals, eating better, and maintaining self-discipline.”
“I have had knee surgery and rotator cuff surgery on both arms due to injuries over the years. I had gained a lot of weight due to the mentality that I had. I am a good example that even with injuries it is not an excuse to not exercise and change your daily habits. I decided I had to leave my excuses behind.
I joined Boot Camp in October 2009 with my wife and her friend. I was over 320 pounds and I knew I needed to make a change. I loved the challenge and accountability of the Boot Camp, however, I was struggling with my running due to knee pain. Julie suggested a couple individual sessions to assess any tight and weak muscles, which we then corrected through a specific stretching and strengthening program. I found after only a short time of implementing those exercises and with the weight loss Julie helped me achieve, I was running pain-free. After only 2 boot camps (8 weeks), I lost a total of 42.5 pounds and 17.25 inches.
Since January 2010, my wife and I have maintained our active lifestyle, while eating healthy and nutritious foods. We have done a couple more boot camps in the last 6 months to further challenge us. I have lost a total of 70 pounds so far and just ran my first 5K in 30.30 minutes.
I also learned that it’s not easy doing weight loss on your own. It’s OK to ask for help. I could not have done this without Julie and Total Wellness Coaching. I love my new life and new body. Thanks Total Wellness Coaching!”
“It was June 2007, and I had been receiving various services through the Willow Bridge Center for many months. I was very impressed by, and comfortable with the staff. I had also become quite disgusted with my physical appearance. I was in my early forties, and keeping weight off doing my “usual thing” wasn’t working anymore.
Several Willow Bridge staff had spoken very highly of Julie Page, and so I scheduled a meeting with her. I was impressed by her extensive knowledge of nutrition and physical fitness. I also knew that, without help and someone to push me, I would not realize my goals. It has been 3 years and I continue to work with Julie every week. My endurance & physical fitness levels have increased dramatically. I feel fabulous and am much happier. I have a whole new wardrobe. I highly recommend a personal trainer for everyone who, like me, wants change but may have a difficult time staying on track. This is a lifetime, lifestyle change. Julie is very dedicated to her clients, and genuinely cares. She will continually push you beyond your current “comfort zone” level and move you onto the next. The workout routines change weekly as she understands the need to keep your body challenged. When it’s time for your change, Julie Page will help you get there.”
“I am a horse enthusiast and have professional goals related to horsemanship. I found that I was not well balanced, tight, and it was much easier for me to perform maneuvers on one side versus the other. In fact, the “other” side was actually rather difficult for me to stay balanced. My goals were centered on my ability to take my horsemanship to the next level. They were: 1) improve balance 2) improve core strength and 3) able to mount my horse from the ground bareback with no aids. Within months of beginning with Julie, the exercises she assigned to me really facilitated my success in improving both balance and core strength.
Today, in my early 40’s, I am stronger than I have ever been. My core strength is solid; My riding is better than ever; and I absolutely feel more balanced when I am on my horse’s back. I can also mount my horse from the ground bareback without aids.
I contribute my success to Julie’s ability to find the right exercises and program to meet my individual goals. She has been very good at listening to what it is that I need and/or want to accomplish; and then she does what she needs to do in order to meet those objectives within reason. Julie is extremely disciplined and takes her commitment to me as a client very seriously. She will also be the first one to tell you that things don’t happen overnight, but if you are dedicated and committed to meeting your goals, she is the right person to help you get there. I am blessed to have chosen such a great trainer and person.”
