DRINK GREEN TEA

According to one study (Women’s Health Magazine), if you drink 5 (8 oz) cups a day of green tea, you can increase your energy expenditure by 90 calories/day.

The Chinese drink green tea after every meal to help break up and burn the fat from that meal. This is due to the catechin found in green tea, which may improve fat oxidation and thermogenesis.

Some great green teas to try: Republic of Tea or Teavana are a couple of my favorites.
