6 Week Boot Camp
- Intensify Your Routine – Changing your routine can be a powerful thing and it can help round out your workout routine. Sometimes going out of your comfort zone is not always the easiest but when you do it for a positive reason you will yield positive results. Our Certified Trainers are a passionate group of people, just like you and me, they have spent their time learning what they were called to do. The Total Wellness Boot Camp Classes are designed to provide an hour workout that is tailored to your level, yet pushes you to the limit.
- Choose Your Schedule – We try and provide everyone the opportunity to join in no matter your schedule. We offer early morning boot camp classes Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 5:30 – 6:30 and evening fitness boot camp classes Mondays – Thursdays. So whether you’re an early bird or a night owl you can enjoy a challenge in the time that best suits your lifestyle.
- Make a Commitment – In our Boot Camp Classes, you are part of a team with common goals set in place. You sweat together, you reach goals together and you show up and work as a team together. This is not everyone for themselves, this is all about the power of teamwork and comradery.
