Boot Camp Group Training Cambridge MNKick it up into high gear with our Fitness Boot Camp Starting July 25th! Our Cambridge Personal Trainers will spend an hour exercising with your boot camp group on your chosen days of the week – View our Fitness Boot Camp Registration & Calendar for 2016. Our hour long workouts will give you the support and instruction needed to achieve your goals and watch your accelerated progress right before your eyes. Our Fitness Boot Camp Workouts are 6 weeks of exercises tailored to your direct goals and you will see the results.

Summer Fitness Boot Camp Schedule

  • Hang out with Julie Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 5:30am to 6:30am.
  • Sheila is the team leader for the 4:00pm to 5:00pm class Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Join team leader Tina on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evening at 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
  • ┬áMondays and Wednesdays Tiffany is the team leader for our 7:30pm to 8:30pm boot camp workout.

Boot Camp lead by a Certified Personal Trainer

We try and make these classes available to busy, everyday people that have a variety of schedules. Having a personal trainer on your side when you’re ready to push yourself to the limit is the safest option. They help instruct you and teach you the correct form, which will enhance the results you see and feel in your body. It is also important to know your limits and be sure not to over exert yourself into an unhealthy condition, our personal trainers can help you understand the signs of over-exerting yourself and teach you to know when your heart rate is at an optimal level.
