Instructor Lead Fitness Approach

TRX TrainingOur Cambridge Fitness Center focuses on an Instructor Lead approach. Our Certified Personal Trainers hold classes each day of the week and you can choose to drop in for $10 or get a membership and enjoy many of our exercise options. We have seasonal classes, classes available all year long and special events, such as the Cancer Awareness Run & Ride we are participating in late September of 2016.
