There are so many benefits to exercising regularly. However, although we all know that
exercise will benefit our health, most of us do not do it for various reasons:

  • We don’t have enough time. Well, the truth is that we all have enough

time for what is important to us – our priorities. And if we don’t make time for
exercise today, then we better schedule lots of time for sickness and disease
later.

  • We don’t have enough money. Similar to the time complaint, the truth

is we all have enough money for what is a priority to us. For example, I
cannot afford cable television and I find it amazing my many friends who
can afford it. However, I can afford a gym membership, while some friends
cannot. It is simply a matter of what is a higher priority for each of us.

  • We have a chronic injury. This is a tough one. It is very hard to exercise if

we have let our health go to the point that we are in pain or if we have an old
high school injury that flares up every time we start to exercise. This is where
working with a Personal Trainer trained in injury rehab can help. Total Wellness
Coaching has helped several clients, young and old, to exercise pain-free or at
least to reduce the pain to a manageable place.

  • We don’t know what to do. Many of us finally decide to make a change so

we join a local gym facility, but we feel lost and don’t know what to do. Or we
are working out hard and consistently but not seeing results. This could be due
to not getting the nutrition right for your goals, but also, if you are not working
out correctly, progressively, and with the right variety and intensity, you will not
be seeing the results you deserve.
