October is a month of changes. It brings pumpkins, apple cider, scarves, beautiful leaf color changes, colder temperatures and let’s not forget our Specialty Yoga Class in Cambridge Minnesota. Core Vinyasa Yoga is a six-week session class, considered level 1, so it is a great foundation if you are beginning. In this Yoga Class, our instructors will guide you in exploring with your breathing, muscle movement and body flow. For an hour each week you will go through some fundamental yoga principals and experience an invigorating workout. Enjoy your time, that is what we are here for, right!
