Our Mission is to Empower You
Total Fitness is a team of committed and caring trainers who are striving to empower individuals to a healthier lifestyle. We will work within our Code of Values to ensure that everyone we train will move closer to becoming the person they want to become and achieving the goals they want to achieve.
We specialize in life-changing fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle programs individualized to a person’s goals and needs. We do this by creating awareness, which gives people the freedom to choose a healthier life, one full of energy and joy. This is done one step at a time, giving the client a chance to adjust to the changes, both emotionally and physically.
Our clients will be motivated and ready to make a change in their lives towards better health, whatever that means for them. They will be positive, open-minded people who want to make a difference in this world by first growing themselves, and thus, touching their families and friends as a result.
We are invested in our clients and strive to exceed expectations of what they want and need. We care about them as individuals and are thrilled to see transformation of a client’s body, belief systems, and ultimately, their lives.

I commit myself to my clients and team members 100% – always giving my best. I expect them to not only
commit 100% to me, but also to themselves, to be the best and most healthy person they can be. I am
committed to the Vision, Mission, Code of Values, and success of Total Fitness, its current and
future team, and its clients at all times.
I am truly responsible for my actions and outcomes. I own everything that takes place in my life. This means I live a life above the line: no excuses, no blaming, and no denial. I am accountable for my results and success. I know that for things to change, I must first change.
I am committed to empowering others’ health through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.
Empowerment is more than helping someone. It is giving them the power and confidence to make healthy
choices on their own.
I always speak the truth and keep my word. I am wise in my commitments so I do not overcommit
myself. I only ever make agreements with myself and others that I am willing and intend to keep. I
communicate potential broken agreements at the first opportunity and I clear up all broken agreements
I teach others awareness so they can live a life free to choose health and energy, rather than being trapped
in the vicious cycle that keeps them overweight and depressed. I give people the freedom of choice to live
their lives to the full.
I strive to exceed my client’s expectations at all times, providing services that have much greater value than
the investment made by the client.
I am a team player and team leader. I do whatever it takes to stay together and achieve team goals. I am
flexible in my work and able to change if what I’m doing is not working. I ask for help when I need it and I am compassionate to others who ask me. Together Everyone Achieves More is my TEAM motto, understanding that I may have to sacrifice individual benefit for the good of the team at times.
I walk the talk, being the example to my clients of living a healthier lifestyle by making fitness and nutrition
choices that give me energy, keep me strong, and free from disease.
I commit to give clear communication to both clients and team members. Truthful communication will
create solid, encouraging relationships. I speak with good purpose using empowering and positive
conversation. I greet and say good-bye to people using their names. I always apologize for any upsets first
and then look for a solution. I only ever discuss concerns in private with the person involved.
I will trust team members and clients, always thinking the best of them unless they prove otherwise. I
expect to receive that same trust from clients and my team members.
I teach clients how fitness and a healthy lifestyle can be fun by incorporating activities that they enjoy to do
on their own or with loved ones.
I provide accountability to ensure clients stay on track to reach their goals. I challenge clients to push through their comfort level and do what they never thought was possible.
I am consistent in my actions so my client and team members can know what to expect from me. I am
disciplined in my work so my results, growth, and success are consistent. I teach my clients that consistency
over the long haul is the key to life-long health and fitness. Change happens 1% at a time.
I encourage clients to create balance in their new healthier lifestyles. It is important to take time for
yourself and your health before you can take care of others. I strive to be a living example of balance.
