Rebekah’s dance background combines Pilates, flexibility, and core strength with total body conditioning. She has 20 years’ experience learning and teaching dance; her favorites include ballet, Middle Eastern-Israeli, and social swing.
In 2011, a car accident left her with a shoulder injury. The fitness team at Total Fitness encouraged her through the process of regaining mobility and building strength. Shortly after recovery, Rebekah joined the fitness team as a cardio dance and group exercise instructor. She views maintaining a strong body as a valuable foundation for overcoming physical obstacles.
Rebekah also enjoys cooking nutritious food. She likes eating dark leafy greens with bacon and whole-grain cookies sweetened with honey.
