Choosing a Type of Sports Training
Since we have a variety of athletes and sports working towards different goals, Total Fitness offers three different types of main athlete performance training. These include:
- Strength and Conditioning – These programs help every athlete become stronger and feel more in shape. Strengthening and conditioning should be a part of every athlete’s regimen. At Total Fitness, we give each of our athletes exercises to work on depending on what they are training for. Whether you are training for a hockey game or tennis match, our coaches will tailor your training to fit your needs
- One-on-one Training – This option can be extremely useful if you either don’t like training with others or desire the intensity that one-on-one training can bring. Whether you are training for an Ironman and need one-on-one encouragement or you are looking to elevate your abilities on the baseball field, one-on-one training can be extremely useful.
- Small Group Training – While less intense, this option can be a positive environment that helps encourage and push you along. Those in small group training encourage, push and elevate each other to hit their individual goals while meeting as a group.
