Eat enough calories!

One of the biggest mistakes people make when they want to lose weight is cut their calories too drastically. If a person consumes too little food during the day or eats all their calories in 1-2 meals, they are basically shutting down their metabolism. It is recommended that women never fall below 1200 calories a day and men 1500 calories a day.
