6 Week Boot Camps Cambridge MN
When you join a Total Fitness 6 Week Boot Camp Series we are all in this together. At the beginning, we ask that all of our boot camp members fill out a sheet and express their goals. Once our fitness instructors get familiar with the goals of the group we will tailor the entire boot camp around exceeding the goals of your team.

Choose your Intensity for the 6 Weeks by choosing how many times you push yourself a week. We offer four, three and two day a week boot camp workouts and our Cambridge Minnesota Fitness Center.
- Morning Three-Day a Week Boot Camp at 5:30am on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays for 6 weeks.
- Afternoon Two-Day a Week Boot Camp at 4:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6 weeks.
- Evening Two-Day a Week Boot Camp at 6:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6 weeks.
- Evening Two-Day a Week Boot Camp at 7:30pm on Mondays & Wednesdays for 6 weeks.
Fitness Boot Camp with a Team
We believe that bringing people together in positivity can dramatically increase the odds of one coming back for the next workout. At many fitness centers, you go in, use the equipment and maybe say a couple words to a few people but mainly your workout is alone. While working out at Total Fitness, your efforts and successes are acknowledged by our instructors and our community of members that are all working on similar goals themselves. When choosing our Boot Camps Assessments will be taken so that your team can know when you’ve reached and are exceeding your goals.
