Looking to push yourself harder and reach your fitness goals faster? Register for our Fall Into Fitness Boot Camp starting September 12th – October 21st. Our group fitness boot camp classes are designed to focus on teamwork, encouragement and the group’s specific goals. When you sign up for our Physical Fitness Boot Camp, located in Isanti County, you will have the options to choose from a two or three day a week commitment to stick with what you’ve set out to accomplish. Each boot camp session is an hour long and designed to push you to the limit!

- Tailor Made Workouts – These classes give you time with a personal trainer, at a more affordable rate and they allow for friends to work out together or for people to meet new faces that are as goal driven as them.
- Assessments – This will be a journey, one that we can measure. Our assessments will allow you to see your added strength, increased endurance and any weight loss and inches lost.
- All Levels – There is no need to be intimidated, our fitness boot camp is for all levels. No need to be an expert, all you need is the passion for achieving your goals and the rest will come naturally.
