At Total Fitness we have multiple time slots, we have early morning workouts Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday and Thursday. The early morning may sound intimidating but just imagine yourself getting up, getting ready and having a great workout to help start your day and energize you. If you can imagine how healthy and beneficial it will be, it’ll only help you see yourself as someone who likes working out in the morning. And then you can make it a reality.
