Everything our trainers do is offered as a means of maximizing your individual sports performance, and what we offer comes from years of our own training and professional expertise. We do not encourage you to over-train. However, we do believe in pushing your limits. That is where we separate ourselves from the pack—we know how to help you achieve balance between training hard and challenging yourself without pushing so hard that you risk injury. In fact, our philosophy is built on the belief that total fitness should actually guard against injury.
We offer both one-on-one training and small-group training for athletes of all types. One-on-one training allows you to work more closely with your trainer. You have the benefit of the trainer’s undivided attention and can employ a specific training program designed just for you. Small-group training offers different advantages. Whereas one-on-one training provides one-on-one attention, by working with a small group of teammates or others interested in your same sport, you get the benefit of being pushed by a small community of like-minded athletes. We understand that not all athletes are alike, and when you are trying to improve your athletic performance it is best to place you in the environment that will help you achieve the best possible results.
