The problem is most people start out with good intentions by joining a fitness facility or trying the latest fad diet, only to fail and give up by February 1st! That is incredibly sad for me and one of the major reasons why I stress nutrition and LIFESTYLE change. Anyone can lose weight, but more importantly, we need to keep that weight off by learning new healthier lifestyle habits that we can do with success long-term. I am not talking perfection here – nor am I talking about giving up your favorite food forever (I am eating a Lindor chocolate ball as I write)!!  Don’t become a statistic in 2011 – rather make this the healthiest, fittest, and most successful year yet.

Big Announcement!

I am excited to share with you that Total Fitness will be moving as of January 12, 2020 to a temporary location until May when we move into our new permanent location.  We are excited for this new opportunity and look forward to sharing it with you.  We will continue to be a full-service fitness facility and are here to  serve you and all your fitness needs.
