Total Fitness has a number of strength and fitness classes available so that you can get active and healthier. At Total Fitness, we are not a gym for magazine cover models. No, we are a fitness center for people who want to increase energy, feel stronger, and be the healthiest they can be. And with our wide variety of strength, fitness, and yoga classes, you will feel a part of this welcoming community of friends and family. We also have shock absorbing floors in our center so if you have knee or hip pain, there’s no need worry. The impact is minimized. So come in today to get started on the path to feeling good.

The Group Classes program offers the greatest flexibility for the smallest investment. No matter your age, size, or fitness level you will be welcome here. The supportive and motivating trainers and atmosphere will empower you to be the best you can be. Our fitness, strength & yoga classes have been combined with spinning, TRX, & Contact Kickboxing, giving you more variety than ever and offering you 25-30 classes a week to choose from, including:

With so much variety, there’s something for everyone…
Each class is designed to be challenging for every fitness level from beginners to the advanced. To get that kind of freedom at your local gym would cost you a fortune above and beyond the monthly dues. You have three levels to choose from: Bronze Level is $50/month and gives you up to 12 classes. Silver Level is $75/month and gives you up to 20 classes. Gold Level is $100/month and gives you unlimited access to all classes. With insurance benefits (Preferred One, BCBS, or Health Partners) that’s just a little over $1 a day! A pretty small investment for your long-term health. Or you can drop into any class for a $10 fee or save money by purchasing a 5 or 10 class package.

Variety is the spice of life! It is the number one principle for a successful training program that you can do for life. Variety in a workout assists with long-term adherence to the program by cutting out the boredom, while increasing enjoyment. It keeps your body from the dreaded “plateau” as our bodies adapt very quickly to the stress put on it. That means that if you have been doing the same workout program with the same weights for the last 3 months or more, you will not be seeing results. This is why we offer a number of different fitness and strength classes so that your body can stay sharp and active and alert.
Total Fitness is located in Cambridge, MN and has many attendees in our fitness classes who come from around the area, including Isanti, Braham, Bethel, East Bethel, and Ham Lake.
