TRX Suspension Training Programs
Our fitness center has invested in TRX suspension equipment and our members are thrilled! Developed by a Navy Seal, TRX suspension training utilizes the earth’s gravity and the personal weight of the user to perform a large selection of exercises safely. The exercise works your core muscles, as well as increases endurance and strength.
