Train for an Athletic Event

Training for an Athletic Event can be a great way to stay focused on your goals and keep moving forward. Every weekend there are several fun events that you could do with a friend or family. Everything from the Ironman Triathlons to a fun run 5K (3.1 miles). Check out www.midwestevents.com for details of upcoming events.

This last weekend a group of women made Whistlestop a Girls’ Weekend and had a blast. My family and I made it a fun family weekend. We all raced and then enjoyed some fun, family relaxation time together.
